Brief Description: This panel contains 2 micrograms of DNA, normalized to a concentration of 100ng/µl, from 71 unique and unrelated individuals of Mexican Ancestry from Los Angeles, California. Of these, 35 are males and 36 are females. Cell lines for these individuals were established from blood samples collected from these unrelated individuals and DNA was isolated from the established cell cultures. All of the samples in this panel are the unrelated parents (35 males and 36 females) from mother-father-adult child trios.
